The CS for labour and social protection, Dr Alfred Mutua, paid a courtesy call to the Director - General of the ILO, MR Gilbert Houghbo, on the sidelines of the ongoing 114th session of the International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland.
The meeting reaffirmed the relevance of the ILO in helping Member States navigate the uncertainties posed by the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the world of work, noting that it was imperative to ensure that its objectives always remained human-centered to guarantee that no one is left behind.
